That meant we weren’t making enough money to make ends meet I was concerned about job security and I knew I had to do something about it. We were both extremely busy with our long work hours then taking care of our children, cooking and cleaning and little time for sleep. I was looking into finding a better job and a way to support my family In a way that I would have more control over our destiny. I even took a second part time job temporarily, which our lifestyle and we were already living paycheck to paycheck. Our lives got busier and more hectic with less time to spend with each other and I knew something had to change.Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened...
I thought about my hot sauce that I have been enjoying for years and I realized how much time it saved me in the kitchen when I was rushing to make an easy and delicious dinner for me and my family.
Instantly it became crystal clear to me how to help millions of people living busy lives like me and do something I love at the same time, because I saw that If I could share our gourmet cooking hot sauces with everyone, I could help them save time too. I love to cook like many people do but I understood that quality of life and family is more important.
My plan was to start developing my first 4 hot sauce recipes which I spent 2 years developing and tweaking to make them the best tasting hot sauces I could.
So I started learning and studying about the different types of peppers and their flavor profiles and their level of heat so I could balance out the flavors and create sauces with complexity and more depth of flavor. We started fire roasting the chiles and some of the vegetables like onions and tomatillos to bring out more flavor. My focus was on quality and flavor and not just hot. Most of our products are on the medium to mild side because they are meant to enhance and compliment your food and we want you to thoroughly enjoy what you cook with our products. But we didn’t stop there.
We then started structuring the company, designing the label and coming up with the names for the sauces.
After that, we rented a commercial kitchen and started to manufacture our gourmet cooking hot sauces so we could legally sell them to individuals, distributors and retailers across the country.
Building on that success, we decided to utilize a manufacturing facility to increase our production and to keep up with the demand. Now we want to share our story and spread our message of How to Make Easy and Delicious Meals in no time at all for your family, friends and loved ones by sautéing and cooking with Hot Line Pepper Products gourmet cooking sauces. .
We call it “Sautéing for Success - We make cooking Easy and Delicious!”.
