Made with Fire Roasted Jalapeno Peppers & Tomatillos

Fire roasted Jalapenos and tomatillos gourmet, all natural hot sauce with a lot of garlic. Has a bright acidic flavor that goes great on eggs, grilled fish, shrimp or chicken, makes a great guacamole, just add avocado and a dash of salt. Also use as a marinade with olive oil and seasonings for chicken or flank steak, then grill. Makes a very flavorful mild wing sauce, just mix with melted butter and toss your cooked wings in it. Whisk with olive oil for a tasty vinaigrette salad dressing.

Recently tried this at our favorite pizza joint. We poured a little onto our pizza and viola, it took it to new heights! Can’t wait to get some of our own!

BEST HOT SAUCE, I tried this sauce in my pasta and made it taste better than ever, I love the taste of it, how you can taste the garlic with a spicy touch. It is just perfect

Although jalapenos are one of the base ingredients, this particular sauce boasts both cool, sweet tones and tart, vinegary brightness. There s still some of the same garlic, onion and cilantro notes as the Garlicky Greengo, but they re a bit more subdued in this mix.

Got to taste this today at a Farmer’s Market event at my workplace and absolutely fell in love. Not very hot, as hot sauces go. Very bright and vibrant. Refreshing and acidic, a little sweet. Would be fantastic with fajitas. Will be picking up a bottle ASAP!

Stessel said he is looking to expand his product line with a hatch chili powder to use in batters, cornbread or sprinkled over grilled corn. He’s also testing pepper jelly and barbecue sauces.
